I have two new wishbones, and full polybush kit, that I plan to put on at sometime in the future.
Probably the bush substitution is out of my reach, but I could treat them with anti-corrosion stuff.
I've worked in Fab shops and sometimes the fabrications went off for galvanising. We had to drill 1/4 holes near all the joints so the galvanising could get in and out and the box section wasn't sealed risking explosion. If you took your wishbones to some local place they would be able to give you a price and tell you where to drill the holes for the process.
Found a galvanising process video.
It ends up covered by Zinc.
