Help...i seem 2hav noticed a fair bit of wind noise around the frt area of sunroof..cant actually feel anything...but i can hear it when i turn down stereo(not tht i turn it down tht often :D ) i thought the roof was partially open at first but when i used "tilt" it actually quietened down a little within the first inch of movement..i guess the deflector coming into play caused this quietness...jus wondered if i am alone with this damned noise??

I had a 400 a few years back and was hounded by the sunroof and wind noise. i finally fitted a wind deflector (Rover fit) and the problem went, as a bonus it look good too

Mines has it towards the rear of the sunroof
seems as if its not even fitted properly.

if I have it slide back and close it, if it rains it lets the rain in too, can only resolve that by putting it to tilt and back.

One more note on the sunroof...is it normal tht when opening on slide it stops approx 4" from fully open, until u release and re-use the switch...it also stops in same place upon closing and again,u need to re-press switch.Plus the damned sunvisor(on sunroof)keeps sliding forward under medium to heavy braking...worried it mite chop top off me head as i am 6'3...lol

Apparantly the reason that the roof stops short of the full back position is that this stops the buffeting that happens in the full back position, I think i read this in my handbook ;)

The buffeting is horrible!
