I want to know if there is any paint that I could buy to treat the mesh Radiator grille on my 200.

At the moment it is a dull colour and I would like to paint it a brighter silver colour.

Is it easy to remove the grille so that I can paint it and re-apply when its dry, or should I paint it whilst still affixed to the car?

not sure of any specific product that could match the orginal rover finish

i would be tempted to mesh it out in the style of the new ZR (but using cheaper ali mesh from halfrods)

the MG SS weave mesh is nice but ££££ :-(

You coudl use silver alloy wheel spray Steve, but it would be likely to chip fairly quickly

Don't be tempted to paint the grille in place....remove it to do a decent job, please!

I am going to make a stainless/chrome lower grille from the MG-type mesh (as on the ZR, perhaps) ond fit it to our Vi
