I've been looking at the posts, looks like I've some work to do. I also get water on top of the boot cover?? any ideas.

Hi Tony, welcome to the forums.

1, Sat Nav problems could be caused by water from the boot. Try drying it out away from the car overnight.
2, The water in the boot coupled with on the shelf could be a dodgy rear window seal.
