Regards, Steve 1260 pete 13-05-2007, 21:11 Not lpg just the blood y expensive stuff and i think the mileage is about 80k StreetBoy 16-05-2007, 17:18 the 4.2 is notorious for cracked block/slipped liners "porous block" and would explain why they've found nothing. Unfortunately its the end of the block if thats the case. The 4.0 in my P38 slipped a liner & cost me a fortune, ****ty old engines the 3.9+ rover V8's in all honesty. RPI engineering might be worth a bell, they're very helpful over the phone (although i dont believe them about the expensive chips they sell) Could stick a 200tdi in it if theres no repair Good luck | |
