Yep it's only an EU ban on ciggy advetising.
Which leads to an interesting/possibly stupid question:
How does this affect the TV coverage in the EU then?
Will they have to blur out the logos, or is the F1 exemption still valid?

Emmm there was something on the tinterweb a bit ago about some tosspot over paid EMP begging the Chinese not to allow ciggy ads and offering most of our businesses to them on a plate as an insentive. You know I thought it was the Chinese who lived in a commy regime, not Europe...I must be wrong.....
Even the chimp's smoke in China. (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/asia-pacific/3611666.stm)
I think its stupid how Ferrari are clinging on to Marlboro like its something great, and so most races they have some silly lines accross everywhere that should say Marlboro, like they cant move on. At least renault put 'Team Spirit' wen they couldnt put 'Mild Seven'. They should put 'Ferrari' in big letters. It's Bonkers.
