I've noticed (on more than one 'wedge' I've owned) that the bumper isn't secured to the body properly. The Bumper hangs down slightly revealing a hole where maybe a bolt or bracket should go, it's just below the front indicator lens. Could anyone tell me what should be there, or hazard a guess why someone might have left whatever it is off?

Could you tell me what is missing? This isn't the first wedge that I have had that has had this problem. Does removing the splash shield under the bumper cause this?
