hi all.im slowly ironing out the problems on my 214 cabby but ive just took it out for a run up the road and there seams to be alot of wheel wobble.what should i check? the engine rocks a little back and forth and was thinking this mite be why the wheels are wobbling? im guessing the rear engine mount is worn? easy to do? im thinking of putting the front wheels on the back in case the fronts are buckeled.any sudgestions on what else to check?

Are the front wheels balanced recently?

Check that the track rod ends aren't worn. Jack up the wheel and take hold in a quarter to three position and try to rock the wheel from side to side. Watch for play at the track rod ball joint. Whilst you have it jacked up, also check by rocking in a six o clock position to check the wheel bearings for play.

If it only wobbles under braking then the brake discs are probably "warped"

Replacing a worn track rod end and a tracking arm (both quite cheap and easy to do), plus getting my wheels balanced and tracking adjusted cured my wheel wobbles.
