Well as some of you know, I got back into Warwickshire today after a bit of a cruise back from Swansea.

Just getting onto the A46 (yes, near the waterman!) and this very nice 525i comes past me on the roundabout and so I followed him. Once the outside lane was clear he stuck his foot to the floor and so did I, unfortunately for him he didn't pull away so he acted like he wasn't interested and pulled over, leaving me to turn and laugh at him. :D

How utterly satisfying :bgrin: :bgrin: :bgrin:

Though, you should have done what i do, and continue to follow him until he gets out the car, then carry on laughing at him :D

I was playing on the way home today. Quite scary how fast it'll go 60-90 in :err: i'd cough and id have gone up to 90 in a few seconds!

THERE is nothing more SATISFYING than stoofing a beemer , you should of seen the look on the face of a smug 325 owner as i went past him as he was caning the arse off his motor....mind you that flat six sounded nice as i went past it....hahahahahaha

This 5 series did look the part it has to be said with its 'M' wheels etc thats what attracted me in the first place and when I saw the 525 badge, I just thought 'we'll have a bit if this' :D

I used to do a lot of that type of thing when I had my 7 series. Unfortunately, on one occasion I had the fuel computer displayed on the iDrive at the time and saw the consumption briefly plummet to 0.2 MPG for a split second. I never did it again after that and I imagine thats what our boy in his piddly little 525 spotted that made him not bother to engage 'S'.

And that was the begining of the end for my enjoyment of BMW ownership...the realisation that Rover, VW, Volvo and even Frod drivers were having as much fun for a fraction of the £58k i'd stupidly shelled out on an ego stroker.

hehehe, very true, dont even need a turbo to beat beemers, i love racing 316i compact drivers, no comaprison :bgrin:

My mate drives a 316 and blames the bodykit and 18's for slowing him down but wait my 414 is kitted and has 17's, so i just laugh.:D

You know the world is a topsy turvey place when you're in a 400 wheezel and a mkIV golf GTi can't overtake you on the B526, the driver instead settling for making wan**r signs at you becuase he's too poop a driver to know how to corner properly. Ha Ha Ha:lol:
He was trying to use his (slightly) better acceleration to take me at the beginning of each straight but couldn't do it cos I was keeping more momentum through the corners.
Then to cap it all off I later reported him to the local plod for offences under Sec 4a of the Public order Act (the ******r signs!). Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha...:lol: :lol: :lol:

I was coming past one of those little z3 Bmw's on the A11 and the bird driving it decided she wanted to race-she was mege ****ed off cause she couldn't catch me ha ha. Fit though...
