Would love to fit a rear spoiler to my ZS Mk2, will the car take the Mk1 spoiler and where can you get them? Also, do they come pre sprayed or do you have to do them yourself which would be something I personally wouldn't like doinge

A mk1 spoiler will fit a mk2 ZS. Keep yours eyes on ebay and scrappies either online or local.

Which I always find ridiculous, they are £275 brand new in a box. Granted they will need spraying though.

Do you mean the Extreme spoiler? if so they are harder to get hold of cheaply i think. Ebay or a breakers would be your best bet.

Available on next day delivery from any XPart dealer. Part number is DFD000130LML. Total myth that these are rare, thats why people pay OTT prices on ebay for an item that probably needs spraying a new colour anyway.

I paid £145 for mine, then £200 to spray and fit(!) they usually go for between £140 to £200 on ebay, there were a couple with a BIN of £195

Thats the 45 spoiler rather than the ZS Extreme (hatch) version.

I assume your going to be fitting it to a saloon as fiting an extreme spoiler on the hatch is a whole different ball game!! With lots of modding involved

Both spoilers were called the Extreme. Just one style is fr the hatch and one is for the Saloon.

But yes, you are right they ae entirely different entities.

Saloon spoiler looks a bit odd on a hatch anyway.

Well personally i think it suits it but theres some cutting and fiberglassing needed!
I always felt the hatch spoiler was a bit of nothing. Hence the change! Looks better from other angles

I think it depends on who it's done, Jay-ZS' looks brilliant but I have seen another where too much was trimmed off and it ruined the shape of the spoiler.

Thanks for the info, saw a ZS like mine parked up the other day with the spoiler fitted somehow it just didn't look right with the lip spoiler on too.

Have used the comp in the first link and have found them to be very helpful and items come well rapped.

There is a guy over on xpower with some for sale i believe. What colour are you after as he had them in nightfire, gold, trophy blue, steel blue. Will save you a few quid if it doesnt need spraying!!
