Anyone know where i can get the chrome exhaust finishers from for my Rover Cabriolet (Honda engine, twin tail pipe)? Had a new exhaust fitted, and they threw away the finishers with the old exhaust!! Looks a bit crap now...
Thanks!!

Ebay

or Halfords.
I got one of the Janspeed ones from Halfords. Was a bit pricey but looks good (only got the single pipe on mine as it's got Coupe bumpers so the twins won't fit - but saved me a few quid on the 2nd trim tho !!)

DO NOT get a cheap steel one, the chrome will pop off after a few weeks and the underlying pipe will rust... Not good...
You need to find one in chrome-plated brass if you can, take a magnet with you to check.

I bought one of those cheapo steel plated ones. I did apply several addintional coats of laquer protect the chrome plating. Seems to have done the trick. But my advise would be to buy a chrome plated brass one.
Thanks Everyone - got some of Ebay as suggested, so will have a go and popping them on tonight...!

I have bought some from ebay before for my coupes. The one was slightly bigger but came with a screw to fix it on, good quality. The other one was a really tight fit and I had to bang i on with a mallet, didn't need the screw and it never came off. They were both good quality, but I will suggest keeping them clean. Clean them every few weeks. I left one for some time before I cleaned it and never managed to get it really clean again.
Got them both on ok - only cost £10 for two including delivery, and they loook very nice indeed at the moment - I'll post some pics when I get round to it....!
