When I bought my 600 a year ago, the Rover dealer replaced some trim including the chrome seal over top part of the windscreen. But rather than replacing it with chrome again they replaced it with just a black rubber strip. As a result, the windscreen looks a bit naff :(. I complained about this but the dealer claimed that they no longer make chrome seals for windows on the 600s. Is this true? If so, where is the best place to get a proper one fitted??

They should still be able to get the parts, the 600 stopped on V-Reg so most new parts are dealer sourced. Try ringin the next nearest dealer, see what they say?, If not ring someone like auto windscreens see what they tell you.
