I was just driving up through the tunnel (I love that tunnel so much by the way) by the conway street garage when I noticed a white MK2 R200 with a rather nice grill and some stickers on the side. I know that machine!
Thats the first time I've ever seen your motor around mate, I'm quite surprised it's taken that long to be honest!
It looks even nicer in the metal than in the pictures, well done that man!
Thanks very much Fosh, nice that it was noticable!!!
Was it parked up or was I driving?

It was parked up.. It was on the same road as the tunnel, right at the bottom. It was gone when I went home at about midnight though so I take it you wern't working that late!
Do you usually work at conway or are you based more over your way?
I had a day off you see.. :D
My mate nearly bought a MK2 the same colour as your old one.. Shame it doesn't rev beyond 4k and takes about a minute to get to sixty..
Worked late enough mate, started at 6.30 till 9pm
Yeah based at Conway Street, thats where the coach department is based.
Same as my old one? Do you mean the BRG 218?

Christ! That's too much work mate.. Mainly, I didn't realise some people wern't asleep at 6:30!
I can often be found round by conway street. The station pub is my home from home!
Yeah, that's the one.. Glad he didn't buy it though. Someone bought it and the head gasket went on the way home!

Yeah mate, my hours are all over the place!!!
Not a bad pub 'the station', used to like it more when it was the 'Hedgehog and hogs head'.
HGF on way home, thats harsh, would have been tempted to go around and thump the seller, as he obviously knew!!!

Yeah, it's a bit of a poser pub at times. I liked the hog as well but at the end of the day my other option is the hove park tavern! Hmmm. Maybe not.
That's what I said! Then my mate said that I actually know the seller. I met him a while ago. Nice bloke.. Thick as (ahem) apparently so he probably didn't know. He gave most of the money back to the bloke though so everyone's happy!
What a saga..
Hove Park tavern urgh!!!

True.
I had a game of pool in the stadium once. One of the balls actually stopped and rolled the other way for a little way. DOH!
thats one hell of a rough pub that!!!
I used to play pool in the BHPPL, we played there one night, and claimed a 5-0 victory, as the table was not up to standard, table was all over the place, and the floor was so dirty you stuck to it!!!!

I'll grant you that! I've not been there since for some reason...
What and where is the BHPPL then?
Ah, otherwise known as 'Event floor'. As that's excacly what it's like in the (oh so crap) Event on west street!
