: Dash Dimmer

Is the blank switch next to the headlight dipper switch for a dash light dimmer on the 25? If so, would i be able to just aquire a dimmer switch, pop it in and hey presto have an adjustable control?

Well, yes.....but you'd have to wire it into the dash lighting circuit. I don't think there is any wiring there already.

Which shouldn't be too difficult with a suitable wiring diagram..

Hi I have one in my 1999 218 its V easy to do as another Rover friend worked out the wiring :-)
