Hi , I have been running my 45 auto for about 15 months now, having put over 17,000 trouble free miles on the car. The only fault I am aware of is the fact that the SRS warning light which used to come on intermittently is now on all the time. Is this likely to be a problem with the seat belt pretensioners or just a bad electrical connection ???
Bad connection on the pre-tensioners is the most common cause. Followed by the rotary coupler.

More often than not, the latter ... poor connection.
..
Check connections under the seat. Alternatively, it could be the rotary coupler behind the steering wheel.

thanks for the input, I will check the connections under the seat first.
Mines just come on this morning, damn thing! I knew it'd happen eventually. Like everyone has said, try under the seats first, thats what I'll be doing when I get some time tomorrow.

When you turn the engine on on mine it is on permanently. I turn the ignition on, turn it off and then start it and it is not on.
I managed to 'fix' mine yesterday. Had a look under the seats and the connector under the drivers seat was quite clearly clipped all nicely in place.
The one under the passengers seat however wasn't held in place properly and was free to move about, I clicked it back into place and all is good!
