Ok, I finally got my fingers into gear and coded a script on the server to automatically generate the states for the forums over any given time frame :)

So, I've just updated the Forum Stats with the last 3 weeks data, with funky new graphs too!

If anyone can think of any other info that they'd like to see, please feel free to suggest it.
