Ok, time to let the car go :(

Car needs a vic check so would be better off being used for track days or being broken, I don't want to break it because it will gut me.
Although I see no reason why it wouldn't pass the vic, I have no funds to get the mot, tax and vic check done next month, I have my daughters 1st bday to sort the same month.

I have just got a new job and I live 50ft from the train station entrance, and the new job is about 100mtrs from the train station, the school and local shops are very close so I no longer need a car.

ok enough about selling reasons:

Bad points first:
It's got 1 month tax and 1 month mot.
I only have the green part of the log book.
It will need a cv boot for mot and maybe some exhaust putty for a small blow hole, they are the only things I would say need doing.
Door cards need handle covers.

Good points:
Engine transplant from 75bhp 1.4 8v to a 143bhp 1.8 vvc along with pg1 gearbox and a new clutch at time of fitting.
Head/Inlet/Exhaust gaskets all done at time of installation
So was the cambelt, waterpump, thermostat, oil, coolant, oil filter.
Brand new radiator
Angel eye headlighs
Zr mk2 half leather interior
rover coupe arm rest
Zr spoiler with base color coded and hoop satin black
coupe turbo alloys painted gloss black
Bonnet painted satin black
color coded rub strips
ebc green stuff pads
debadged/dewipered rear
debadged/de-finned front
Big (ish) exhaust which isn't loud because the cat is still in place keeping it quiet :)
engine bay color coded
heatwrapped exhaust manifold
Cold air feed going to enclosed filter
Have put fans on a switch (for peace of mind) although they still come on when the ecu tells them to so the switch has no effect, it is purely for my own peace of mind incase things ever did go wrong :lol:

Shame to see you sell it. The money seems like so little considering the amount you've done to it - but thats always the case unfortunately :(

Edit: Perhaps worth noting what stereo it has?

May end up being broken, just waiting on a deposit for the engine and then I'll break the rest of it.

Head unit won't be sold with the car though, the missus got me it for my bday, she would ring my neck :lol:

:( u got rid of ya last 200 which was nice :( lol well if ya get another one especially a turb's gunna let me have a go :D
