I see you've started modding by dropping the "E" from the end of Vitesse!

For help with this engine try:- www.rovertech.net (http://www.rovertech.net/)

Lot's of highly tuned T series engines over there. No books available on this engine as far as i know.

Tuning wise you can take this engine to 400BHP+ if you have the money. Simple mods (exhaust, filter, Boost controler) will see 210-230 BHP on about 12 psi if the engine is in good condition. Higher boost pressures than 12psi will require a stronger bottom end and lot's of money. Standard intercooler is poor and an aftermarket replacement is a good idea. Standard T25 turbo is only good for about 11-12psi. Any more than this and you should consider a T28 hybrid turbo (like i did).

For your info my old engine had the following mods and produced 240BHP with 285lbft.

2.5" Exhaust
Decat
T-28 Turbo running 12 psi
Pipercross filter in OE filter box
GBE Boost controller

All depends how far you want to go.

Hope that helps.
