: Rover 45 w reg Headlight.?

Has anybody else noticed the headlights on there 45 seem a bit off centre..? mainly my drivers side headlight seem to go off centre to the left at an angle, do they get picked up at m.o.t's as if so it hasnt been mentioned :dunno:

Not sure if its came off and adjuster or anything.. any info

Not sure quite what you mean but all headlamps on RHD cars go to the left.

i mean the beam, dunno it just seems to go at an angle and like meet the passenger side beam sorta like this

the drivers side beam isnt straight and points towards the passenger side similar to the diagram.. Any idea's.?

It is normal for the offside headlamp to point away from oncoming traffic - it's by design. It's possible that yours is too extreme but if the unit appears to be aligned correctly then the bulb may be fitted badly (but it would have to be a long way out to make a noticeable difference).

Cool nice one cheers matey when im off next ill have a check to see if the bulb is incorrectly fitted, i thought it was just me because i havent noticed it on my old bubble :dunno: but cheers for the info buddy :)

Yeah its normal, Metro's used to have quite a sharp up kink on the right lamp up against a wall.

Noticed it on mine on dipped beam when i got it,seemed quite high to. Had new mot with car. I dont seem to notice it now. Fine on full beam.
