No, Lee - I wouldn't want to break up a marriage! Besides, the fiancee would NOT be happy!:naughty: I'm having fun with my ZS180 so far anyway. Maybe I'll try and find a more affordable ZT260 in a couple of year's time. (Who am I kidding - I work in the NHS).

That is so interesting, Rapid Yellow. Like youself and Lee I was  :drool:ing at these lovely cars at these lovely prices.
However, it seems all politicians believe we should spend loads more on the NHS. it seems mega dosh has gone IN but nothing is coming OUT for the patients! For instance, my nearest casualty is now many miles away, though I live in a big town, and my newly-built local hospital has no money to repair the gym equipment it has been given and cannot even afford a new set of pulleys - which I would guess should cost only tens, or hundreds, of pounds - chickenfeed for a capital item.
So I was saying to myself "at least the money is going on jobs then!"
So where is all the money going? and we are talking mega millions here!
pat
Dmac1969 28-04-2005, 20:41 OMG I LOVE that Black 75 V8 , surely thats what our PM should be driven round in??? IF he's after a driver then I would be availible...... ;)

I wish I knew, but my local NHS trust is currently approx. £14 million in debt, so ***** knows where the money went.

You should see the ZT 260 in Bittersweet it is simply gorgeous.
If it had of been a ZT CDTi 135, then I would have bitten their arm off.

I saw it last week when I was up there. Funnily enough, I was at SMC in Slough when Autocar took the pics for the magazine piece this week.
If you are interested Keith, drop me a PM and I'll put you in touch with one of the salesmen that I have dealt with buying 2 cars over the past month. I am sure he will be able to sort a deal out for you on that car.

Very funny:rvd:
No, but they may have made a better job of it. The story is similar at various other NHS Trusts around the country.
Some of it may be down to drug costs being higher, some of it is down to hospitals being fined for not doing enough "work" (treating patients) or getting the patients out of the wards fast enough. This is known as "bed-blocking".
Besides you shouldn't believe the politicians when they say "x million £ poured into the NHS".
