Anyone playing this game?

I loved the first one and so was looking forward to the sequel. Only started playing it properly last night but it's just as i remebered it, i'm still undecided if i'm gonna be a good god or an evil one.

Using the wolf as my creature but he's still only young and not the brightest tool in the box, and he keeps crapping in the store house.

Excellent game (although it's in need of another patch as it's still a bit buggy), found myself lost in it for 4 hours last night been quite a while since i've played a game that i wasn't bored of within an hour.

yeah i've got it... my only problem with it is that it is too easy to be good this time around, because by default you are good and to win the level you just need to build some city walls round your base and wait for everyone to come to you.

I'm using the Lion... still a bit of a moron though (few levels in).

Starts off as a widely addictive game but I find my attention drifting from it now

there is a patch, but if you're like me and a few levels into it (just finished off the second japanese island with the earthquake on), then you don't want to be patching it just yet, as your saved game will no longer work.

I'm using the mighty cow, and very mighty he is too. I'll post a screeny when I get a mo.

I like it a lot, as a game. There are some frustrations, as with most titles these days, but it makes for a refreshing change.

I wish there was a proper sandbox mode where you weren't tied down by resource limitations.

Yeah i've got v1.1 but it's still buggy, lots and lots of people are still getting crashes so i think it still needs bits tweaking. Also the frame rate is very poor considering whats actually going on (bad stutter problems for many on some levels which is cleared by doing a quick save).

It actually doesn't run too bad on mine (so far) but from the forums there's a lot of people comlaining that have systems that really shouldn't struggle.

I actually think i still prefer black and white 1, at least in terms of the way the gameplay is (it's more a god sim than this which is a bit more villager based).

Either way it makes a refreshing change from the FPS i normally play and i'm enjoying it so far, graphics are excellent.

Ahh, B&W... What a classic game. :D

I can't wait to play B&W, but its going on the list of games to play when I have a life that doesn't involve work! ;)
