I've got a feeling the MSA won't take too kindly to Andy getting behind the wheel again after today, and Silverstone!

What a dangerous useless turd. Hopefully that is the last thing he does in BTCC.

He has pulled two poor manoeuvres the last two meetings, today was a real shocker. MG should have Paul O'Neil in the car next season, he is a very good driver and a nice guy. However he said to me and my dad that he'd rather buy a house and live with Steve Ryder

Some of you may be pleased to know that Andy has left MG/888.

I will always thank him for helping to get MG back in the BTCC.

But he's "100 per cent committed to staying on the grid for 2013"
Hopefully with Honda

Agreed, even though I'm not quite sure how much he did it has helped to make sure that MG are definitely back in the sport.

Maybe he will buy his this years car from 888 for next year...

Paul O'Neil would be great, BUT he wants to buy a house and live with Steve Ryder (he said that to me & my dad ) and JP might not want a good second driver?

He hasn't gelled with the car so he isn't going to race

Good thing MG/888 have Sam Tordoff. this year and not Neate

I can understand his reasons for not racing this weekend, you shouldn't really go to a pro race series with a car thats not turn a wheel be for FP1! Specially if you've spent your own money making said car!!

It doesn't really matter about lack of testing when it comes to him, Andy would be just as crap even if the car had been tested so I wouldn't hold your breath!

Funnily enough JP did that last year with the MG6. I seem to recall he was in with a shout of the championship.

Different circumstances, though if RML were running the team instead of just building the shell and engine I would expect him to be out there.
