just retained the original slats and gave them a quick squirt of matt black ,

meshing the 600 grill would be easy as well though , the grills a 2 piece design , these 2 parts can be seperated , cut out slats , put mesh in hole then bolt the back piece back on and it will hold everything in place , no need to resin or drill or owt , andy

Hi Andy; love the job you have done on that colour coded grill. Have you retained the original vertical slats or have you used the mesh material to replace them?
