Go into any good motorfactor and ask for it, and they'll have some. (it only comes in one size I think).

fuel pipe comes in lots of sizes, leak-off pipe usually only comes in one (it has a braided cotton outer too).

Motorfactor will have what you need for a couple of quid.

pull one off and take it into shop. simples. make sure they have some though because when u pull it off it will probablly snap making it too short to re-attatch. U may need pliers to get the snapped bit off.
