As always, impressed with your progress Alexey!

Head is from engine. I've installed it own head. It runs about 106000 km, before rebuild

I def think this needs to be split out by a mod into a seperate build thread!

Excellent work, really looking forward to seeing your final results - hope you don't find another weak point once all bolted together again and a few 1000 kms running!

Good luck with the rest of it

Thanks for the update, it looks very quick, power seems to come on all at once.
What is the specs now? You should update your build thread

Hi ALL peaople so that is HOW to COOK VP30 superpump ))!

As some of you knows i done a few thousands km after build a 12mm pump and get a twice broken camplate cross, so here is the recipe:
- 12mm rotor 2 468 334 104(5) from cummins 3.9 isb i used 105 (it has ceramic washer instaed double copper washers on plunger heel) it used with original spring no preload needed u have to set proper K setting 5.6 mm

- next step is disassemble pump and drill fill port to incase pump

- use intank liftpump and pressure regulator with its own return fuel line back in the tank, i used petrol fuel pump from 25 petrol K series its direct fit. Addnig a fuel relay in PDC underbonnet and a wire throw original fuse in pdc so it all in oem connector direct fit. Also adding a inertia switch underbonnet to shut off.

- use black camplate cross 1 460 140 334 from freelander pump or vag doesnt matter dieselmeken says
its stronger than original

- to set K setting u need tool to remove Quantity solenoid

- and of corse u need huge nozzles that can flow that big amount of fuel the pump can deliver with no restriction i did custom ones with same spray geometry and pattern as oem

Cheers
