Hi all,I'm absolutely convinced that millions have read my grievence concerning this seller and have been riveted.I have pursued my action albeit against the majority of members advice/opinions.The result,Ebay not the seller has refunded the original cost plus post 8.41.I still have the wrong filter and do not have to return it.I would like to invite all to visit the mrsilicone on ebay thing I posted and consider my piece on the system and playing by the rules.

Its arse hats like you that give Ebay a bad name. Ebay will always side with the buyer, even when like in this case the buyer is at fault.

If you raise a dispute as a buyer on Ebay they will nearly always rule in the favour of the buyer regardless of the actual facts and refund you. You are clearly on a different planet to me, in my opinion the seller did nothing wrong apart from accidentally supply the wrong filter, a refund was offered, it was your ridiculous claim that the seller should cover your costs. I have used that seller before several time and would happily use them again.

You only have to look at the other thread in general chat to see your clearly not dealing with a full deck.

you don't need to be a genius to work out what one is yours tbh. No one is going to listen to you loads of people have used the seller and found him spot on your just dragging it on going around in circles you wont even answer simple questions to back yourself up.

Gawd, I couldn't believe he'd started another thread. Now see the bann stick has been administered.

Careful he'll probably take admins/owners to the court of human rights moaning about no freedom of expression.

Just noticed the colour of his username...

Banned, and with good reason.

In his original post, he sais the seller offered to refund the item and postage costs. Thats all fine, and thats all the seller has to do.
But midge1 obv wasnt satisfied and continued to cause trouble.

I bought a JVC stereo and speakers off a guy 2-3 weeks ago, package arrives, I open it up and its a Kenwood stereo, that just plays cd's so I told him and he said if you keep it, I'll refund you 20, I said its no use to me as we already have a basic cd player, we wanted it for the usb port, and aux, so he gets arsey. Ebay refund me, and the guy is having a go at me, and no Im 13.35 out of pocket for sending the crap he sent me back.

Can't see what his problem was really? He got his money back right? I know I have had a few bad experiences on eBay in the past and some have been quite stressfull, especially if buying car parts and the seller sends the wrong one (like my ZS springs a few weeks back!) and you cars in bits and you just want to get it back together etc etc!

Mr Silicone - bought quite a few bits from him over the past few years, the most recent being the hoses for my ZS ITG kit, no problems at all!

All that aside, I've never known anyone to get banned from the forum though!
