Cool Heater

I have a 2001 Rover 45 1.6, The 15amp heater fan fuse under the drivers side dashboard keeps blowing when fan turned on. Fan feels free, motor fan resistor looks OK.

Any ideas why?

Probably a short in the fan or wiring.

You can check Fresh/Recirculated Air switch and Blower relay in the engine compartment fusebox.
