Well I didn't think I would be posting so soon, despite checking the MG fairly thoroughly I have omitted to check the horn works, which it does not! This is an MOT failure item so I must fix it. Is there an easy way to test the horn itself, I think it unlikely to me a wiring fault as my son suggests. Have checked the fuse all ok. Multi meter cannot detect a current on the terminals at the horn socket.
Any suggestions welcome.
I have replied on your other thread, however there is more wiring info here.
