I bought some glue disolver to remove the immob chip, but i should have left it over night. Is your transponder even glued in? then there is the problem of opening up the plipper to place the transponder in it, that is also a pain. I found easiest way was to buy the key end part that has a virgin transponder, then needed stealers to programme it.

Did the plipper you buy worked? ive heard the leons are more picky about the plippers they work with.
