If the Zed has taught me one thing so far its this. The UK Government and local council are a bunch of lazy sods. Now i realise that statement is hardly going to come as breaking news to some, - ok, most - but over that last 6 Months of owning the ZS it has flagged up a few issues.
Number one. How much do those who run old cars give to the Government!? Couple of hundered quid a year on road tax and every time I full the tank about £40 goes directly into the pockets of Camerons money...

Picture this..
Early morning start. 6.30 and I’m already in the car.. sky’s clear stars are still out roof down ready to tackle another day at work (Via some very nice back roads of course) there is a lovely crisp chill in the air and I whack the key into the barrel and turn.
The Honda Engine in the MG really really thrives on the cold air. The 64mm Throttle body really enjoying gulping the clear stuff first thing and as I leave the garage I get the distinct smell of...

Ok so this blogging malarky never really took off for me did it!? With good reason though! 2009 has been a biggy, Redundancy followed by getting a fantastic oppertunity in Aberdeen to work... followed by the family moving through here too it's been a biggy!
In the summer I was toying about converting the car from the Rover K series into something a tad more... powerful. The Honda Type-R K20A engine was the chosen way to go and after a LOT of work, re manufacturing supposedly performance...

What on earth is Blogging anyway?
Never seen the point of it but at this point of the night its more appealing than writng about the intricacies of Fluid and Structural Mechanics..
Guess Ill talk about the TF. Been weavering back and forth a lot lately.. Sell or not to? First in February it needed 90% new engine after a catastrophic HGF and at the same time 4 new discs and Pads. And now the past month its Rear Bearing and hub went as did the Front Track Rod ends......
Never seen the point of it but at this point of the night its more appealing than writng about the intricacies of Fluid and Structural Mechanics..
