first blog for a while.

alot has happened since my last one but still i'll keep it brief.

i can now class myself as a non smker as ive been off them for about a year now.

so well done me lol.

i have a rover 400 now.

one thing i have to do is loose a bit of skin around the waist and get fit for football again.

lets hope this year is a good one for all of us.

right just an update on my not smoking.................. i'm still not smoking, been about 6 weeks i think. and i havnt even held one. i'm getting headaches all the time and i've just gotten over the worst cough of my life.


but people say its worth it so i'm still off em.

hello blog, its been a week and two days since my last cigeret and i'm kinda not missing it either, apart from just getting over a bad chest i feel i can breath a bit better and my nose had cleared up a bit.

mad eh. going out tomorow for a drink so that will be the test.

just a quickie blog, havnt blogged in ages but........ ive decided to stop smoking.

i've been off them since last wednesday after playing football and nearly died. and even now my chest and throat is bad but getting better.

So hopefully this time i'm just knocking them in the head for good, no patches or fake ciggies just will power and the choice to not smoke lol.

its been a few weeks now since i sold the sdi, and i am actually missing it, which is mad because it had its faults.

i think its weird you can get attatched to a car.


i seen it the other day aswell, looks good. lol
