Well I really must finish the prices of the replica blog entry I guess, suppose I should actually sell the parts left over that I have in the living room as well!
This is just another cost recording blog entry, Baggy has turned into a slow mayo and coffee producing machine. To be honest, I suspected it not long after purchase but the contaminate was small enough to hope it was just residue left in the system. After continually loosing small amounts of coolant with no dripping underneath,...

Busy weekend just finished, actually turned into a busy Saturday as Sunday was a complete wash out!
Full C service performed by Jon Norris including the ITG air filter and oil flush and Magnatec fill up (using a magnetic sump plug too).
Interior's cleaned up nicely and had a little shave of the bobbly bits, hoping the heated seat kits arrive tomorrow so I can fit them and install the seats Wedneday.

Who knows, who cares! It's just a way for me to remember everything I'm up to this time round.
For those that do read it, a little snippet of info that only very few people on here are aware of - I recently took this as part payment for some money I was owed, initially planning to sell it to my brother to drop in his civic however I figure that I've lived without the money for this long, do I really need to convert this lump of metal back into cash..... It'll make a great project fitting...

A little over a year ago I was sitting with a provisional driving licence and a desire to own an MG TF. When doing initial quotes, the 115 and 135s were both around the £800 fully comp mark however the 160 was a shade over £3000! - 135 it was.
After writing off the spark, I initially didn't think a 160 would be possible and didn't even concidering. As such I found a lovely 80th 135 in black that I fancied, if I could get the price down from £4.5k to something between 3.5 and 4. Late...

When purchasing a TF, the most common thing I have found is the seller doesn't realise the C service should have been performed as they haven't done 60k miles yet... DOH!
As such, I'll be getting a full service done should it be required. Below I have outlined the cost of the parts I need to get plus the labour costs for the belt change (not sure on that one myself). A couple of the items have the option of upgrading so I will be pricing up both.
