    From the site owner - The account is all fine, he try going to our home page , then reloading the page by pressing Ctrl + f5 if on windows , or clearing the cache for the site.
    Once the above is tried i can change the password if still not working

    That sounds like the best plan. I didn't ask if you'd tested the hardness, most don't even understand the issue never mind have the facilities to test. I find it can vary massively across the head, often far worse near the exhaust seats. Please let me know what you find.
