Bargain 3 not.

Anyone fancy a bargain 3 year old 3 that's only done 81K miles lol

MG MG3 1.5 VTi-Tech 3Form Sport 5dr

Why on earth would anyone buy a small petrol engine car to do that kind of mileage?

Assuming they traded it in just before it was 3 years old thats an average of 27k miles a year thats a lot of petrol and certainly would have been better off with a diesel.

According to the wheels and the wording about top spec it looks more like a 3Style model that a 3Form Sport unless the previous owner decided to go for the diamond cut wheels for an extra 499 instead of getting the standard carrousel wheels.

Cheers..

It's definitely a 3Style - there's no parking sensors, cruise controls on the steering wheel or sensor on the windscreen.

Looks good in the blue but that is hefty mileage. A friend of mine owns an MG3 and does 20k a year (mostly motorway at 60mph...). He's regretting not getting a 6 diesel.

You're right that it is a 3Form with diamond cut wheels as the lack of rear parking sensors is the giveaway.

It's a very nice colour though, shame that they no longer have blue in their colour range for the new models.

Cheers..

I did 24k in my first year and now on 28k after 14 months. It's been a great car, averaging 44mpg. Wouldn't get much better from a small Turbo Fiesta in real world driving that would cost twice as much as I paid for my 3. That's a lot of fuel!
Plus I'd never want a diesel....
Yes I may get 10mpg more, but the car would be a lot more expensive and diesel is more expensive. Petrol all the way.

Hi

The orange 72000 mile 3 was mine. im a driving instructor hence the high mileage. So yes one careful owner with loads of learners behind the wheel. I loved the car and now have a black one. Not great fuel consumption but this is mainly offset against the cost of the car compared with most other makes.
