Cant identify this connector

Hi
Can anyone help with the identification of this connector?

I need to power a 12v Bluetooth adaptor from this and need the correct 'female' adaptor to match.
Also, would anyone know which of the connectors is earth and 12v?

I'd thought about using the OBD socket to power a dashcam (not on a 6) but I thought it was a permanent live, I need a switched 12V
