Littlechickens MG6

After a month at the wheel of an MG6 SE GT, I was so impressed I placed an order for an MG 6 Magnette TSE and here it is at the MG Sales Centre

Posing next to our ZR

Thanks Ian and Simon at the MG Sales centre for the excellent service we received.

How much did you pay, if you don't mind me asking. Were there any negotiations or part-ex involved?

Nice car, fantastic colour.

I'd struggle to pick which colour as they all look good.

I don't know why some people go on about the styling, the front looks very imposing, if I saw that coming up behind me I'd move over!

When I first saw one close up, the first thng I thought was that it looked sportier than in photos. I also think the Magnette is the better looking of the two, it just looks a touch more elegant and complete.

Love the colour, well done for getting behind MG and buying one, I wish I had the cash to buy one myself.

Hope it serves you well.

Look at that scoop in the bottom of the doors, design aspect taken straight from the 200/25/ZR, perfectly demonstrated in your pics.

...and the black trimline reminds of the crease along the bottom of the r75/zt.

Its like doing my uni research over again, lol

I'm tempted by one similar to yours littlechicken. Probably be a base S, when finances allow.

Very nice indeed. The Blue is probably the best pick of the sadly, rather limited colour range. A problem of the cars not being painted at LB

Hopefully in time this will be fixed. I guess we got spoilt with MGR & their colour ranges.

The pictures do not do it justice it is stunning in real life.

Got lots of admiring glances on the way home.

The TSE has lots of neat touches, the heated seats being very useful on a cold December day!

My Dad was very impressed by the quality of the car, commenting on the way the doors closed with a reassuring clunk.

So far the car has exceeded my expectations

It does if you don't have bigoted opinions of the car or the manufacturer. It really is a great car, sadly not particularly well marketed.

That said, its hard to put a one-model brand This will change when the MG5 & 3 come next year.

I'm looking into it in the new year. I need the financials to stack up though, that's the problem at the moment.
