Yes, Sue drove it to work today and left the camera at home.

The seats are very comfortable I had no aches or pains after long journeys .

Insurance on one of these for me comes in at roughly half what I pay a month for the Saab. How is it so cheap?

Limited to 120mph and so it's Group 13 or 14 (1-50, not the old 1-20) dependent on spec.

Confidence in ease of obtaining parts, limited top speed, good security etc?

Looks very smart. As soon as they produce a 'halfords parts bin special' to replace my ZS, i'm buying one!

If you go through MG insurance, they are offering an extra 5% off until 31st December.

There's no disputing it's a nice car well done for standing by your convictions

What sort of deal did you get. The 54321 package etc how does that work in practicality?

Thanks

The 54321 deal results in a cheque being paid back on collection of the car

I want one!I really do find this car attractive, its a package even more attractive with the deal you got and the saloon or Magnette version just about tops it.I really do need to see one in the flesh though,as stated earlier in another feed there are no dealers within 35 miles of where I live.

We was near you on Sunday, I could have popped by and let you have a look. If we are in the area in the new year and you still have not seen one I can show you ours

Very nice indeed. Only seen one on the road and that was a hatchback. The saloon in that colour looks stunning and i'd love one myself!

checked today and unleaded is now 12 pence a litre less than the smelly black stuff...as such, you will have to do a lot of miles per year to get that back alone, never mind the extra cost of the car in the first place....

those savings together with the cheap insurance and 54321 offer, really do make the mg more attractive everyday....(esp if you can get a se or tse with all the extra kit)

you think people register the difference in costs when they look at diesels?

all they think is, wooo, diesel, its cheeper to run, regardless of weather it is or not.

I really cant make up my mind if i prefer the GT or the Magnette, on the strength of these pics id have to say Magnette, but then I look at others and change my mind....

I expect there will be changes in my employment situation in 2012 and if it goes the way I expect then I may need to get a new car and the 6 will def be on my list.
