Unhappy i'm a tad worried

i just took my side rub strips and boot handle off to get them sprayed up silver BRM stylee! now my mate said tape the holes up just incase, so what do i do? leave it then it rains!!!! now my worry is is do the doors, rear quarters and boot have small drainage hole incase the ingress of water or is it likely that waters got in the holes and my car will rust to pieces in the next 6 months? please tell me there are drainage holes!!!!!!!!!!!

i think he means tape up the holes that the clips go in, to stop the rain from getting in. Simple. Just do that and you'll be ok The doors have holes in the base of them, the inside of them is protected.

Water will get in there anyway, why do you think your door skins have holes at the bottom

i know he meant tape up the clip holes, im glad you said there is holes in the bottom of the panel nath cheers as the water that got in there is hopefully back out now!

Yeah.. you're 80% water.. you find yourself out of the car


But yeh.. water is evil.. it finds it way EVERYWHERE!

So there are drainage holes

Get pics up of the job whence done!
