I'll apologise in advance for the lack of information about this query, I have just had an e-mail from the OH.
My girlfriends mum has a 04 plate R25 1.4 84ps. I have just been told that it has started cutting out and the Engine Management light keeps coming on.
Not a lot to start with, but when I have a look tonight I'd like a few general areas to look.
First thing i'll check is the HG, although I wouldn't expect the engine management light to come on.
I know the places to check the loom on an L-series, but is there any known point of failure on the K. I'll obviously check the bootlid connection, behind the grommit.
