Question plastic wheel in seat?

Hi everyone. Whilst cleaning the car i investigated a hole that had been cut into the drivers seat by a previous owner and there is a plastic wheel in there... dont have a clue what its for though! Any ideas?

IMHO an adjuster or regulator inflating or deflating the back bottom of the seat to feel better with your lumbar vertebrae.

As said another knob that adjusts the lumbar support should be fitted in there. You might find it rolling about under one of the seats, mine was.
