Can I ask why you fitted throttle bodies.

If its power you want remap, ITG filter, piper cam and downpipes would have got it up to 180+ BHP.

Ive started building another engine but got no idea when it will be ready as looking into a billet bearing ladder with aerospace Steel 12mm studs ive not said anything about it yet. The other reason was have another Motec M800 ecu being sorted so i would like to know out of interest what a stock 160 lump with the throttle bodies can put out with a proper map and control unit just out of interest.

I'm sure the photos are WIP, but you'll need to plumb your fpr in to a vacuum along with your brake servo piping.

Hoping to get at all plumbed in tomorrow if weather holds out will use the pipes under the manifold for brake servo as not running a idle valve

Are you going to be using a filter or airbox? Bernard Scouse do an airbox that fits but you need it modded to fit around the brake master cylinder.

Actually, looking at your pics again, your ITB's are longer than Jenveys so you may have difficulty getting a box to fit between them and the bulkhead, etc.

A filter fits ok.

I know Emerald ECU's don't benefit VVC motors, not sure when throttle bodies are fitted.

Doesn't the K6 support VVC?

We use the Bernard Scouse road elise air boxes, modified to fit around the bubble sharp master cylinder. I'm up at the unit on Tuesday so can measure mine up then. Rough speaking they look like this...

Had the bodies off that the weekend again to plump in all the vacuum hoses etc to link the 4mm hose to the 10mm hose for the map sensor i had to get the local engineering firm to make me a hose connector. Its a job top tho really impressed with it

I also used the take offs for the idle valve (as i'm not using idle control) to use for the servo pipe.

And one of the pipe work and map sensor location (now has black cable ties btw :o)
