symptoms - need help

ok so previously had a thread regarding h/g but most people are not thinking that this is the problem.

so these are the symptoms:

Hard starting - always starts but takes a while

white smoke - not talking a little. (was parked outside tesco and 4 minutes of idling started to fill the litlte shop with smoke and was told to cut the engine

random hissy sound from engine

genrally noisy engine

not really got as much power as it had

any ideas to the problems (its just had a new cambelt and waterpump)

1 Yeah unclip the air filter lid
2 three 13mm nuts at the top of the manifold just at the rear of the cam over.
3 two 8mm srews at the rear of the manifold holding the fuel pipe to the manifold removed to let pipe be moved for access
4 four 10mm or 13mm bolts under the manifold you can get them with a 6inch or so extension.
5 pull the manifold back and tilt up to reveal the rubber gasket and replace.
6 rebuild in reverse add water and anti-freeze and bleed through the 8mm on the coolant pipe.bleed screw located just under the dizzy cap under.also just under the main air intake pipe.
