When I read the codes the fan was constantly kicking in and out so I read the live data which was fluctuating at around 130', the car didn't smell hot but we didn't lift the bonnet.
I am not familiar with the diesel but all other live data looked ok.
My guess was a failed coolant temp sensor.
I didn't clear the codes as we wouldn't have an opportunity to re-read them, it was more so Chris had a starting point for investigating his intermittent running problem.
Of the two temperature sensors the blue one will be for the gauge, the one for the ECU is probably blue or brown.
