Walbro Gss342 255lph pump?

Hi all,

I'm wanting to fit a Walbro Gss342 255lph pump but it appears it won't fit the original mg zs 180 casing / fittings. It's 30mm shorter than the original walbro erj197, the bottom filter is different so it doesn't hold in the original case. And the outlet doesn't fit the outlet connector, also due to the 255 pump terminals being in the way.

Hoping someone has fitted one with success?

Thanks,
Connor.

I'm doing a supercharged engine conversion with the janspeed 2.0L kv6. It has 460cc Injectors and will run around a bar of boost. So the original pump would be right on the limit.

Nice one cant help you on info tho I'm afraid. Might be worth looking in demon tweaks site they do a lot of intank pumps might find one more suited if not maybe go for a swirl pot and external pump like a Bosch 044
