MG ZT190 - Instructions to replace clockspring

Hi,

Can anyone help me with step by step instructions to replace a clockspring (also known as steering wheel spiral cassette) for an MG ZT?

Dealer wants two hours labor for the job. I'm betting it's not that hard.

Thanks in advance,

Jarrad
