Rover 75 Sat Nav Disc

Hi all,

I have just purchased a Rover 75 Connisseur SE 2004, It does not have a sat nav disc. I would like to purchase one but don't know where to try. Can you help? It has also only one ignition key, so I need to find somewhere to cut and set the transponder chip on a new one. I live in Bedfordshire. I would be grateful for any advice and help. Thanks

Hi, Welcome to the forums.

I believe Rimmer Brothers sell the Sat Nav Discs, although any Xpart dealer will be able to source one for you. Check www.xpart.com for your nearest dealer. They will also be able to sort out a second key for you.

You have the lo line version of sat nav fitted and is relatively easy to use. Most important part of the whole system is that you have an upto date disc. On the newer discs you can use Postcode entry, also discs for the BMW work fine.

I have to say (some 8 years later) I've got the same issue - I've just picked up my new Rover 75 Con. with the same SatNav issue (no disc) and a) I'm not sure if it's still worth buying s replacement disc (25 on EBay) or b) where it goes (CD player in glove compartment?) - any ideas?? Dietzy

On the right hand side of the boot... the 6 CD changer is what's in the glove.
