balls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

some has caught the rear bumper of my tf!!!!!!!! it has removed some paint from the side of the rear bumper wheel arch.

what do people suggest i use to cover it up. it doesnt look too bad as my car is black anyway. do i get some touch up paint or try and polish it a bit??

F***er dude. Autoglym still remains the best scratch blender for me.

Who was throwing it at the time i would be angry at those instead of the who caught it for you.
As for covering it up i would suggest a bin liner would work well Deano with a bit of electrical tape to hold it place.

Sh dude .... know how you feel though as I have a stone chip and a scratch on my back window from some bloody cat who has crawled up the window during the night .... I have two paw marks (Claws) bugger.

As for your problem it depends on how deep the mark is:-

Surface = Autoglym

Base coat breach = get it touched up by a pro. Your paint is fresh and as I was advised by others should not be exposed to abrasive scratch removal chemicals.

real bummer mate.

Off to B&Q for some BBQ charcoal for touch up then? Obviously not helpful, but funny.

Seriously though, as Mr Freak says, if the base coat is visible then chipsaway or similar would be a good idea. If just surface Autoglym or Mer. If it has gone to metal do something ASAP even if it's just covering with touch up paint. Stop any rust before it starts.

I am going to use chips away for my stone chip ... I can see a tiny bit of rust in the middle .... must sort it before it take grip.

its on the bumper part so hasnt gone down to the metal as the bumper is plastic! it has taken the paint off and gone down to the plastic.

Havin not much luck getting my photos on here. every avatar I try to load from my desktop from my phone camera seems to be too big. Got them onto my gallery zipped, but 24hrs later are still awaiting approval. Is this the norm?
