Body work repair

Iam happy how my mg looks and runs!

However.....I am using my car as my own wedding car in a few weeks and I am proud to drive away with my bride in this although I am not happy with a split in the bumper.

It's a small split, I don't think it warrants a whole new bumper, what's the best way to repair this sort of thing, fibreglass, some kind of bridging plate behind, Rivet?

I have not really had much time to spend on her this year, but would love to have this sorted for wedding and top notch for my second wedding next year, maybe a whole convoy of MG's

Trying to figure out how to upload pics

i normally plastic weld them , but you can use a plastic filler it needs roughing up from the back and building up a bit to stop it flexing and cracking again though

Thanks guys, think I'll use the plastic filler / weld then look at some sort of light mud flap as these rear arches are a bit prone to debris of the road.
