More Woe!!!

finaly got round to replacing the broken radiator bleed screw and the little bugger fell into the radiator (the bit of thread that was left) so looks like a perfect excuse for an shiny alluminium one.
big respect to vvc steve who posted me a replacement bleed screw.

remove the rad and flush out the threaded piece. Then you have the choice of refitting, or fitting new ally, and sell original if its in good enough condition.

my thoughts exactly steve, i may aswell go the whole hog and fit the ss underfloor pipes and other bits n bobs at the same time.

PM VVC Steve again he may well have an aly rad thats where I got mine from.

i saw one on flea-bay for 55 delivered, am thinking of doing the heater matrix and all the pipework when cashflow improves. i've had to put brake upgrade on hold and am feeling like it's gona be one thing after another but i s'pose thats what mg's are all about

The one he sent me was a nissens and it was 30 quid and was pretty much mint.
