Pictures from the summer

Long time since I was active on here, summer is over and the old Rover is now garaged till next spring. So a few recent pictures.

Inspirational. A real wolf in sheep's clothing. The stuff of dreams.

Looking good as always. I'm just glad there is no engine bay photo this time, otherwise I would lose the whole day looking at it. as it's so mesmorising!

Thank you very much Rover V6 Coupe.
A short video from Brands Hatch July 2016. First 2 laps warming the car up, getting held up, a brief chase after an M3 then held up again, then a few laps trying to keep up with Porsches and a Nissan GTR till eventually my brake fluid boiled.

Superb video. Really felt like I was sat in the back peering through the middle on this one. Looks much more fun than the Ferrari/Lambo drives I've done. Much much better when you can get all the power down and screw peoples heads up at the same time in an ordinary car

I think the GTR let you pass in the end so it could get a look at the badges on the back wanting to know what it was you were driving!

Thanks, it is great fun, apart from the drivers not using their mirrors. I have only done 3 track days with the car recently but each time find something to improve performance for the next one, since that video it now has proper high temp brake fluid and a couple of minor things so it should be a little bit faster.

This is the car I won the TOTB FWD handling with many years ago, if I had the car then in its current form I reckon it could have been up with the RWD's

Have you got a picture of under the hood, or does the engine look fairly standard anyway?
